Maria Larosa Napolitano is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council of Exercise. I was a group exercise instructor with BCRPA for 10 years and I have taken yoga, stretch courses, and fitness seminars as a passion.My goal as a Personal Trainer is to bring my clients the most effective ways to get fit from the various sources in the fitness industries , creating a safe and effective workout. I am a fitness enthusiast who loves to see my clients and participants workout and see results. In my classes I combine circuit training, yoga, stretching, cardio so that there is always something for everyone.There are times we walk, we run and we talk and we laugh, because as serious as it is you have to have fun !!! Exercise has always been part of my lifestyle. Women's Health is important in particular to me because in order to have the energy to live the roles we live on a daily basis we need to take the time to exercise so we can be the strong, toned, and healthy women we were meant to be. Balance helps make us Happy!! Although my classes are geared towards women ,I have private classes with men. I give Personal Training sessions wherever convenient , as well as semi private.
