β€οΈ Today, we wear red.
We wear red for the 1 in 3 women affected by heart disease.
We wear red for the ones misdiagnosed.
We wear red for the ones unheard.
We wear red for the women fighting silent heart conditions.
And today, we wear red for Bela; one of our remarkably strong students recently diagnosed with Long QT Syndrome (LQTS). β€οΈ
Wearing red is about awareness.
But awareness must lead to action.
Thatβs why AEDs matter.
Thatβs why CPR training matters.
Thatβs why preparedness matters.
The AEDs in this photo represent more than equipment, they represent readiness, protection, and a second chance at life.
So today:
Wear red.
Start the conversation.
Know your risk.
Make sure your home, workplace, and community are prepared.
Because womenβs heart health deserves more than attention - it deserves action.
