Come join us at St. Albert United Church – Friendship Hall for an evening filled with cozy vibes, soothing tunes, and a sense of togetherness. Let the music envelop you in a warm embrace as you unwind and connect with others in a relaxed, heartwarming setting.
This event is all about creating a space where you can feel at ease and enjoy the simple pleasures of good company, beautiful melodies, and meaningful connection.
✨ Evening Highlights:
🎶 A restorative sound bath experience designed to calm and refresh your mind and body
💆♀️ Optional massage or ear seeding sessions available before and after the sound bath to help you deepen your relaxation and support energetic balance
🕯️ A talk by Catherine Cote of Brave Connections — a leadership coach who inspires mindfulness, courage, and authentic connection
🎁 Door prizes to add a little extra delight to your evening
💛 15% of all proceeds will be donated to the local food bank, spreading warmth and care within our community
🧣 Winter Clothing Drive: Bring along any gently used winter clothing! A donation box will be available at the venue, and all collected items will be delivered to Hope Mission to help those in need stay warm this winter
