HOW A LAZY SUNDAY MORNING PRODUCED A MAGNIFICENT RESIDENTIAL TRANSFORMATION

Towards the end of 2013 on a lazy Sunday morning Vincent Prager noticed a tiny photo ad in the Real Estate for Sale Section of the Saturday Gazette.A stone-fronted elegant late Edwardian building of large proportions on Prud’homme Avenue was being sold.

Vincent and Roberto decided to take a major leap and transform this run down school building into a luxurious modern residence, spotlighting Roberto’s design ideas.

Considering what the property now looks like, 19 months after restoration began, it is almost impossible, without seeing the photos before and after to imagine what faced them on March 15th 2014.

But to the imaginative eyes of Roberto, he felt the sad run down and dark building we had bought could be brought back to life, modernized and made to be full of natural light, and space, and allowed to resume its former proud existence.
