Kay Linger, RMT Massage Therapist My name is Kay Linger and I’m a registered massage therapist here in St. Catharines. I work out of my cozy home clinic located at 178 Lake St.

My passion is to help people struggling with chronic pain, injury and anxiety. I studied massage therapy at Mohawk College in Hamilton ON, and became registered in January of 2020. I’m a life-long learner to the practice of massage therapy and I love refining and enhancing my manual therapy skills and knowledge. in St. My mission is to help you and your body reach the most optimal state so you can achieve your health and wellness goals. Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know I'll be working Saturdays at Lakeshore Massage Therapy from October to December! Book online, call the clinic or messege me to get an appointment. It is very busy towards the end of the year which means available appointments will book quickly especially Saturdays.

Many massage therapists believe that they can “release toxins” from your body during a massage — or least accelerate the process. But basic human physiology does not support this popular massage myth that often gets passed on.

Clarifying what lactate is and isn’t. This is a common myth in massage therapy that needs to be trashed. Clients and patients should be aware of this.
