Horse to Heart Yoga & Wellness We are a trauma-informed wellness space for Humans & Horses. We offer Equine Assisted Learning Sessions, Retreats, Reiki, Meditation, & Yoga.

All offers are designed for individual needs. Empowering you to listen to the Whispers of your Heart 🐴💕 We are open by appointment only. I am a Certified Cross Disciplinary Yoga Teacher, Restorative Yoga Teacher, as well as a certified Horse Wisdom Yoga ® Teacher. In addition, I have acquired my Reiki Level 1 and 2. I am a certified CYA-MT 100-hour meditation teacher, Trauma Informed, Yoga for Mental Health.

Hello friends, community, and fellow soul-seekers.

For over 40 years, horses have been my greatest teachers and healers. Along with the profound wisdom I’ve gained through my own healing journey with Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Natures Wisdom, Reiki, and other modalities, I’ve felt a strong calling from the Herd to share this unique path with all of you.

We are thrilled to announce new offerings designed for those ready to step deeper into the powerful connection between Horse and Human.

Soulful Sunday “BE” ~ Be Present, Be with your breath, Be You, Be true to yourself, Be kind to yourself, Be gentle with yourself, Be compassionate with yourself, yes it’s all about you 🫶🏻 We all deserve this self care and self compassion. I have honestly been so damn busy and under a great deal of pressure the last several weeks that I was not making this my priority ~ and I can feel this in my body, in my breath and life in general. Now it’s time to Be… no more misalignment and giving my peace and time to where it doesn’t meet me where I need it to on all soulful levels. Time with the Horses always brings me back to Be in stillness, to ground, to listen to my needs. I do this all with self compassion and non judgement.

To all the incredible women out there: Trust the process. Trust yourself. Trust that powerful intuition that is your internal compass. The wisdom of these beautiful horses and the peace I find through meditation and staying grounded has shown me the way. It’s okay for some days to be hard, and messy, as long as you believe in your heart’s wisdom. Keep going. You are capable of amazing things. 💕

The Heart of Horsemanship Isn’t Always in the Saddle 🧡
We often define a “good horse” by its performance under saddle, but a horse’s true value goes so much deeper than whether or not they can be ridden.
Horses are profound partners. They can enrich our lives simply through their presence, offering quiet companionship, emotional support, and powerful lessons in trust and non-verbal communication.
From grooming sessions and liberty work to equine-assisted learning, the bond formed on the ground is just as meaningful—if not more so—than any ride. The partnership itself is the reward.
Let’s celebrate the horses who fulfill our lives simply by being themselves. 💛🐴🙏🏾

Time for restore & grounding with the Wise Horse Teachers. Time in nature with the Horses. Mindfully with intention: feeling the sun, the summer breeze, listening to sound of the birds, and all of the oneness of nature. Just mindfully noticing it all. The tall pines, the inquisitive Horses watching and holding space. This is my happy place, the place that is soulfully home to my heart and my true nature. My sanctuary…. Noticing what comes up in this movement of breath and body always guides me from the busy to the now.
