Epicure now has a Hollandaise Sauce Mix!! With a creamy neutral base, slight tang and sweetness of lemon, this new mix is a quick, simple, and light alternative to making Hollandaise from scratch. This no-fuss recipe skips all the complicated steps to give you a creamy sauce ready in minutes.

All you need to add is unsalted butter and water. The neutral base is also customizable – add your favourite dip mixes or seasonings. Sodium conscious, gluten and egg free with no artificial flavours or colours.

RECIPE IDEAS:
• Take the recipe up a notch: use the mix to make a Béarnaise sauce
• Eggs Benedict
• Drizzle over pan-fried potatoes
• Serve with salmon and asparagus

FLAVOUR PROFILE: Flavours of tamari and garlic, with a hint of smokiness.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:
👉🏻 Just add boiling water for a savoury Ramen Broth. Customize with your choice of noodles and fixings.
👉🏻 One serving makes 11⁄2 cups—enough for one ramen bowl. Jarred mix lets you to make as much or as little broth as you want, as flavourful as you want it (opposed to broth sold in Tetra Paks).
👉🏻 Lighter and lower sodium than other products on the market. No chunky bits and less sediment than other broths. Add low sodium soy sauce for more soy flavouring, if desired.
💪🏻 Contains 8 essential nutrients. Excellent source of B12.
👉🏻 Gluten free, vegan. No artificial flavours or colours. No MSG or caramel colour. FYI: Blend contains soy.

RECIPE IDEAS:
