You can choose from 50-minute focused energy treatments or deep 120-minute immersive sessions designed to release emotional heaviness, calm the nervous system, and restore your natural balance. Every session is supported by Reiki energy movement, chakra alignment, breathwork, and intuitive insight. Along with individual healing, I also provide staff wellness, community healing sessions, and spiritual wellness support for Nations, organizations, and groups. Whether it’s one person needing rest or a whole team needing support, my work focuses on creating calm, clarity, and emotional grounding. Last night, I packed up Aski Balance and headed out to meet a client.
They traveled in from out of town needing a full reorganization, reset, and energetic clearing, so I brought the healing right to their hotel room.

Soft lighting, fresh linens, intention-blessed water, feathers, medicine, and Reiki flowing gently into the space. ✨

I’m always so deeply blessed when clients trust me with their energy.
Every session is a shared exchange, their openness, their stories, their Spirit… it’s sacred
work, and I never take it for granted. 🤍

Another powerful, heart-led connection.
Another reminder that healing doesn’t depend on the place — only the energy we bring into it. 🌿✨

🌕✨ Beaver Moon Energy Tonight ✨🌿

The Beaver Moon is here, and she’s bringing that deep, grounding, “get your spirit ready for winter” kind of medicine. This moon heightens intuition, emotions, and dreams, so if you’re feeling extra sensitive or reflective, you’re right on time.

This energy helps us:

🌿✨ A Little About Me + Aski Balance

Hi, I’m Audra ( or AJ ) a little about the person behind Aski Balance.
This space grew from my own healing journey… from learning how to slow down, reconnect, and actually listen to what my spirit needed. Over time, those practices became something I wanted to share with others who are looking for the same grounding and clarity.

Here, you’ll find pieces of the work I do: Reiki, meditation, intuitive healing, traditional teachings, and everyday reminders to come back into balance. 🌙✨
My approach is gentle, calming, and rooted in supporting people in a way that feels safe, aligned, and meaningful , never rushed, never forced.

Aski Balance is a place where you can explore healing at your own pace, ask questions, learn, and reconnect with yourself in a really honest, human way.
