We’ll begin with 30 minutes of gentle, heart-focused Spring Forest Qigong, using slow, healing movements to ground into the body, regulate the nervous system, and bring awareness to the heart center. We’ll then flow into a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing sound and vibration to support emotional release, inner peace, and deep relaxation.

Thank you so much to everyone who attended the Sunday Simply Sound Baths today.

To be honest, I felt a little rusty at first. It took me a bit to find my groove, and of course the self-doubt crept in when not everything went perfectly. I had a coughing fit at the beginning (doing some of my own releasing I guess 😅), had a bit of trouble with a speaker… but that’s life.

Being away from hosting sound baths actually gave me the chance to miss them. And today reminded me why I do this in the first place — simply because I love the sound ❤️
It really can be that simple.

Sometimes it’s about bringing things back to the basics.
I’m feeling so grateful, so full, and so thankful for everyone who shows up — today and in the future.
