We’re excited to support and their Christmas Toy Drive this year! We invite friends, clients and staff to consider donating a new, unwrapped toy for children up to age 12. Your gift will help fill the toy shelves, giving parents the dignity of choosing a special present for their child this Christmas.
Please drop off your donation at Craven SPORT Services (any location) by December 10th and help bring joy to families in our community. ❤️

❄️ Watch Your Step — Winter’s Here! ❄️

The first snowfall is always beautiful but it also brings slippery sidewalks, icy driveways, and an increased risk of slips and falls. A few quick tips to stay safe:
-Choose proper footwear: Opt for boots with good traction and non-slip soles.
-Take smaller steps: Slow down and keep your center of gravity over your feet.
-Watch for hidden ice: Fresh snow can disguise icy patches underneath.
-Use handrails when available: Especially on stairs or inclines.
-Stay mindful: Carry less, look ahead, and keep your hands free for balance.
A little caution goes a long way in preventing injury this season.

To better prepare yourself to stay healthy and avoid injury, reach out to your physiotherapist or strength & conditioning coach. They can help you develop an individualized program to improve movement mechanics, build strength, and make your body more resilient for whatever winter throws your way! After welcoming her son to the world in May, Andrea Hill began the journey back to running — and just five-and-a-half months later, she was back at the start line.

With coaching support from .bruce , Andrea’s training focused on quality over volume, smart progression, and honest communication about recovery and time demands. Together, they’ve built a return-to-run plan rooted in sustainability and confidence.

We’re proud to support Andrea in this exciting new chapter!

Our Story

Craven SPORT services in Saskatoon was started by Karen Craven in 2006 as a one woman show out of Quantum Fitness. It didn’t take long to outgrow that space, and in November 2008, Craven SPORT services opened its first location on 2nd Avenue North. Bruce Craven came on board to join the business after working for the Sport Medicine and Science Council for 18 years. The business was continuing to grow at a rapid pace, and in 2012 we moved to the building across the street, where the current Craven SPORT services resides. As of right now, we have 14 physiotherapists, 2 massage therapists, 9 strength and conditioning coaches, 1 dietitian and more to help you overcome pain, heal chronic injuries and reach new fitness goals. Learn about our unique focus on whole body health and wellness, and book an appointment to start your journey.
