SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
Starting Sept 5th I am going to be test running a small group training block. This will run through 6 weeks + will be focused towards beginner or intermediate gym goers.
We will be focusing on a few main objectives:
1. Proper form for: squat, lunge, hip hinge, press, pull, + core conditioning.
2. Different ways to program these movements.
3. How to progressively overload these movements.
4. To feel confident in the gym space + with equipment!
5. Get some solid workouts in together!
I'm looking to work with 4-6 individuals in this time frame (will need a min of 4 to run). Each registrant would get a full workout program to follow as well - you could do workouts on your own on our off days. 2 sessions/week.
The classes would be at 11 AM on the following dates:
September: 5, 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 26, 28
October: 3, 4, 11, 12
COST: $300
If you need a gym membership that would be additional.
Option to do two payments if you wish to split up. First payment due upon registration, second due by Sept 30.

Once you register I will reach out to chat about goals + any limitations for your program.
If there is a high request for this group I will look at adding an afternoon time as well. We need a quieter gym time for these groups = 11 AM to start - possibly am afternoon addition.
