This week has been a lot hasn’t it? But maybe to some of you out there this week is just another seven days in a lifetime that has been a lot...

I hate that su***de has once again been brought up as attention seeking.

It’s not. It’s CONNECTION seeking.

It takes strength to survive and even more strength to open up about it. And unfortunately it’s only something that those of us have been to the point of will ever truly understand.

I’ve been there, had the thoughts more times than I can remember, wanted to act on them less times than that and actually acted on them twice. And trust me... I’m one of the strongest people you would want to meet.

So I believe you if you are there, but I also believe in your ability to make it beyond there too. 💝
