Taking some exciting steps behind the scenes for Holistic Mystic today. Growth can feel uncomfortable and exhilarating all at once — but it's worth it. If you've been feeling called to book a session this spring, I'd love to connect. 🌿

If you’ve felt emotionally full lately — like you don’t need more thinking, more processing, more doing — you’re not alone.

Sometimes what helps most is simply giving your nervous system a chance to exhale.

Energy work can support that exhale: space, breath, and a sense of being back inside yourself.

✨ Energy sessions are available to book — details + booking are on my website www.holisticmystic.ca.

If your mind has been looping the same question on repeat — not because you’re “overthinking,” but because something feels unresolved — this is your reminder: you don’t have to brute force clarity.

Tarot is one way to create space for perspective. Not answers from the outside — a mirror for what’s already there.

April can be such a mix — one day feels like spring, the next day your body remembers winter.

If you’ve been carrying that “residue” — tension, heaviness, restlessness, or feeling slightly outside yourself — energy work can offer a different kind of support.

Not to force change. Not to fix you.

Just to help your system settle, so your own internal signals become easier to hear again.

April arrives quietly here.

Not with answers — but with soft questions.

More light at the edges of the day. Ground loosening beneath what’s been held tight.

A sense that something is changing, even if you can’t yet name what.

If you’re standing in that in‑between — not who you were, not ready to be who you’re becoming — you’re not behind.

Some things need room before they take shape. Some clarity comes by waiting,
not by reaching.

Let this be a season that doesn’t rush you.

Let unfinished feelings stay unfinished a while longer.

There is wisdom in pausing here.

What a week. We covered a lot of ground together — and I want to take a moment to bring it all back together before we head into the weekend.

This week's mini series gave you a foundation for navigating the holistic health space with more clarity and confidence:

📌 Post 1 — The difference between regulated and unregulated modalities, and why that distinction matters before you ever walk through the door.

📌 Post 2 — What credentials actually mean (and don't mean), what questions to ask, and how to evaluate someone whether or not there's a governing body involved.

📌 Post 3 — The human side of all of it. What to pay attention to from the moment you arrive, how it feels to be genuinely supported, and why your instincts deserve to be trusted.

If you've been thinking about exploring holistic health — or if you've had a confusing or disappointing experience in the past — I hope this week gave you something useful to hold onto.

Missed one? All three posts are on the blog — head there https://www.holisticmystic.ca/blog

Save this post if you want to find it again. And if someone you know has been curious about this space, share it with them — this might be exactly what they needed to read.

Have a beautiful weekend. 🌿

Post 3 is live — and I'll be upfront with you: this one is longer than the others.

It's longer because it's the part of this conversation that matters most and gets talked about least.

Credentials and certifications only tell part of the story. The other part — the part that actually tells you whether you're in good hands — is what happens when you're in the room.

How does the space feel when you walk in? What does the intake conversation tell you? Does the practitioner check in with you during the session, or are you just a body on a table? How do you feel when you leave — and the day after?

This post walks through all of it. Not with a rigid checklist, but with the kind of calm awareness that helps you trust your own instincts — because your body often notices things before your mind has words for them.

It's worth the read. Take your time with it.

You've found a practitioner you're curious about. But how do you actually know if they're the real deal?

Credentials, certifications, professional associations — they all mean something. But in the holistic health world they don't all mean the same thing. And some of the most gifted practitioners don't fit neatly into any of those boxes at all.

Post 2 of the series is live on the blog — What Credentials Really Mean in the Holistic Health World. A practical guide to evaluating any holistic health practitioner before you ever book. Including the one question most people never think to ask.

Something I wish someone had told me before I ever booked a holistic health appointment.

There's a distinction in this space that most people don't know about — and it quietly shapes everything from the questions you ask, to what happens if something doesn't go well, to whether your benefits plan will cover it.

It's the difference between regulated and unregulated modalities.

And no, unregulated doesn't mean unqualified. It doesn't mean unsafe. It doesn't mean ineffective. But it does mean the way you evaluate a practitioner needs to look a little different.

That's exactly what this first post in my new mini series is here to walk you through — clearly, practically, and without the jargon.

If you've ever felt confused, caught off guard, or just unsure where to start in the holistic health world, this one's for you.

It's Friday and before the weekend takes over, I want to invite you to take just a few quiet minutes for yourself. 🌿

No agenda. No pressure. Just three simple questions to check in with the whole of you.

🧠 MIND
What thought or worry has been taking up the most space in your head this week? Just noticing it — without needing to fix it — is a powerful first step.

🌿 BODY
When did you last feel really good in your body this week? And if you can't think of a moment — what is one small thing it might be asking for this weekend?

✨ SOUL
What made you feel most like yourself this week? Even something tiny counts.

You don't need to have answers to all three. Sometimes just sitting with the questions is enough to bring a little clarity to where you are right now.

If these questions stir something up and you'd love some support figuring out what they mean for your wellbeing, that's exactly what I'm here for. 💚

Have a beautiful weekend. You deserve it.

Around this time last year I had a moment of honesty with myself.

I was already seeing my chiropractor regularly. Massage therapy was part of my routine. I was doing the things. And yet something was still off.

I realized my entire day had shrunk to two spots — my office chair and my couch. I wasn't moving. At all. Between appointments I was completely sedentary, and my body was quietly letting me know.

Even with support already in place, there was still a gap.

So I found a fitness coach — not because I had a big weight loss goal, but because I needed someone to teach me how to work out properly and honestly, just to get me up and moving throughout the day. The 15 lbs I've lost since then has been a wonderful bonus. The real win has been feeling like I actually live in my body again.

This is what holistic wellbeing actually looks like in real life. It's not about overhauling everything at once. It's not about doing it all perfectly. It's about noticing what's missing when you're ready to notice it — and adding support one piece at a time, when the time is right for you.

Your wellness journey doesn't have to be all or nothing. It just has to be yours. 🌿

What's one area of your own wellbeing that's been quietly asking for attention lately? 👇
