As we step into a new year, I’m so excited to share this Year-in-View collective reading that Rhonda Divine Guidance with Rhonda and I recorded together. This episode is very close to my heart, because it’s all about offering clarity, intention, and gentle guidance for the months ahead.

When Christmas Traditions Change

Merry Christmas to all!

In our latest episode, Rhonda from Divine Guidance with Rhonda and I sat down to reflect on how Christmas traditions evolve over time—and how the heart of the season remains the same.

I shared how this year’s Christmas will look a little quieter in our home. With my daughter living in Australia and not able to return home, our gathering will be smaller. Even so, the focus remains on what truly matters: spending time together, creating warmth, and embracing moments of connection—no matter the date or size of the celebration.

Rhonda opened up about how her family’s Christmas traditions shifted after the loss of her grandmother. Together, we talked about how grief, love, and gratitude often weave together during the holidays, and how traditions like stockings, family gatherings, and shared memories continue to hold meaning, even as they change.

This conversation is a gentle reminder that Christmas doesn’t have to look a certain way to be meaningful. Presence, togetherness, and love are what truly define the season.
