From arriving and settling in to the energy flow, hand positions, and Spirit messages, each step is designed to help you relax, feel supported, and receive guidance. Questions are always welcome, and every session ends with time to debrief and share insights.
Sessions are flexible for comfort and boundaries, including remote options or gentle energy through feet/ankles for those who prefer less touch.

Sometimes Spirit brings through someone we don’t recognize right away, and the meaning reveals itself later. 
In a mediumship circle, an older man with “Einstein hair” came through for me. I couldn’t place him at all. 
The next day, while talking with my mom, she mentioned her grandpa - and the very first thing she said was, 
“His hair was always messy.” 
Goosebumps. 
That’s when the message finally made sense. 
Spirit has a way of connecting the dots in perfect timing. 
Our ancestors really are closer than we think. 🤍

Last week, I spent Wednesday and Friday in a small Saskatchewan town offering Reiki with Mediumship sessions.
I was welcomed so warmly. Offered space, meals, and the opportunity to connect with such kind people. There were tears, laughter, and so many meaningful moments of connection with loved ones who have passed.
Thursday, I had one more Reiki session. Seven in one week! I’m so grateful for the trust and openness that allows this work to unfold.

So much of my work is about holding space for others. This post offers a small glimpse into the life that grounds me - so others can better understand the woman supporting them on their journeys.

Life hasn't always been as easy as it may seem, but my core remains strong, supportive, and steady. Growing up in a close-knit family has shown me the power of connection and communication.

This week, I found myself unsure what to post - and that’s okay.
Instead of forcing inspiration, I leaned into gratitude. For my family, our home, my work, and the balance that allows me to move between them all.
Some weeks I’m building my business; some weeks, I’m just being present. Both are important.
Happy Thanksgiving to those celebrating this weekend. May it be full of warmth, love, and a little bit of rest in between. 🤍
