My work is rooted in integrative, intuitive care through life’s transitions - whether that’s through Reiki and mediumship sessions, birth and postpartum care, or end-of-life support.

Each offering is grounded in presence, choice, and care for the whole person - physically, emotionally, and energetically.

This work is rooted in presence, care, and connection 🤍

Reiki and Intuitive sessions offer space to slow down, reconnect, and receive support in the way that feels most aligned for you.

Reiki may support grounding, nervous system regulation, and emotional balance. Mediumship is always optional and offered only when you feel open to it. Some come for one, some for both - each session is guided by your needs in the moment.

If you’re moving through change, grief, overwhelm, or simply needing space to breathe, you’re welcome here.

A year can make a big difference.

Last year, I arrived at this same retreat unsure of where my business was heading and what I truly wanted to offer. I was just beginning my doula work, and offering Reiki, and feeling hesitant to share my mediumship out of fear of judgment.

This year felt different. I showed up more confident, more grounded, and more willing to be fully myself. Through the support of that space, I found the courage to step more fully into my work, create my platform, and continue building with both Reiki and mediumship.

Since then, my path has continued to unfold. I’ve been able to support clients in more aligned ways, deepen into my energy work, and recently expand into end-of-life support. I’m also continuing to learn and grow with homeopathy, something that plays a meaningful role in my life.

It feels important to me that my work reflects who I am as a whole. The more aligned I am, the more present I can be with the people I support.

Grateful for the space to grow, reflect, and let things unfold in their own timing.

Sometimes the dream comes first…
Sometimes the message arrives in unexpected ways.

This past week has reminded me how deeply aligned life can feel when we’re paying attention.
Moments of synchronicity, invitations, and signs show up when we’re ready to listen.

I’m grateful for the ways the universe nudges me forward, for the trust people place in my presence, and for the quiet unfolding of what feels like the next step in my work.

Homeopathy has been an important part of our family journey, supporting fertility, pregnancy, and everyday health. Over the years, I’ve seen how gentle remedies can shift wellbeing, strengthen the immune system, and help us feel more balanced and resourced.

It’s become one of the ways we care for ourselves, mind, body, and energy - alongside Reiki and intuition. It’s also been a wonderful tool to teach my children to listen to their bodies when I offer them a remedy, and to practice muscle testing, to confirm which remedy is right for them at that time.

Last week’s Reiki and mediumship sessions carried a gentle reminder:

We can hold space for others without taking on what isn’t ours.
We can return to joy, again and again, and make room for our own healing and well-being.

Sometimes the simplest practices, like a favorite song, a photo that brings a smile, or just noticing what uplifts us, can guide us back to ourselves.
