Are you ready for allergy season 🤧?

Preparing for the season ahead is one step in the right direction towards leading an organized life.

Here’s some helpful info from Jonathan from on how to be ready when allergies do hit.

Many pharmacies offer OTC allergy meds like oral antihistamines but now in Ontario, Pharmacists can prescribe allergy mediations that require a prescription.

This saves you time, as it helps to avoid scheduling and travelling to a doctor’s appointment, and missing time from work.

This cost for this service is covered by OHIP (just like regular doctor’s visits) so it’s also budget friendly. Just make sure you bring a valid Ontario Health card with you.

Whenever I find moisture inside a home it’s never a good sign 😱.

A small amount of moisture can be a sign of bigger problems, like hidden leaks or lurking mould.

Always investigate any leaks/damp areas right away, even if it’s only a small amount of water. Delaying could lead to further damage and more repairs in the future.

😱Need to carefully consider finances and what type of home you can afford
😱It’s important to determine what types of services you need and are available
😱You’ve collected many items over the years
😱There’s likely sentimental attachment to the home and items in it

It doesn’t have to be. Here’s how to get through it:

😌Evaluate and make decisions one at a time
😌Ask for help, you don’t have to do this alone
😌Remember that you’ve done many other hard things in your life, you can get through this
😌Give yourself some grace to get through the process
