Here are some self-care ideas for you. If you find there is one that feels awkward or uncomfortable, spend more time with that one until it feels normal:

(1) Meditate daily - meditating daily will put you more in touch with your body, mind and emotions so that you are in command of your own physical reality;

(2) Express authentically - is about being true to yourself and follow your heart; express from that place of love, peace, strength and beauty;

(3) Say No when needed - saying no helps you to stay true to yourself and let go of guilt, fear and shame;

(4) Learn from mistakes - will help you to let go, and even energize you to take the next step towards what you want to achieve;

(5) Connect with nature - will help you stay human and connected to who you really are in the real world;

(6) Move your body - movement helps your body to let go, and feel supported and energized throughout the day.

Expect positive changes when you take action in your life. Whether it's towards a health goal, or towards changing a particular circumstance in your life to align with what is in your heart, every small step does matter.

Each step you take not only connects you on an emotional level to the results you want to experience, but it also realigns your cells, your vibration and your frequency in that direction of positive change.

The most common complaint I have treated are chronic back pain or injuries. I was so glad to be able to help Yulia release the pain and recover from her chronic condition.

One of the remedial exercises I recommend is to stand and stretch after sitting for long periods of time and/or take a walk to move and re-energize your body.

Conditions that are more serious due to injury require a customized routine to help with recovering one's range of motion.

Essential oils can boost your immune system and support your healing process. You can use it aromatically by diffusing it to permeate the atmosphere, or add a few drops to your water to help you detox and hydrate.

Other uses include applying it to an area of your body, or to the bottoms of your feet to energize your meridians, or to your pillow to promote a restful sleep. You can even hold the essential oil bottle to tune into the vibrational frequency of the oils to instantly shift your mood!

When you allow only positive vibes in your life, you are setting a standard of what you want to attract and expand in your world.

You may find that you will have to let go of friends and circumstances that do not align with that reality to create the space for the positive vibes to stay and expand.

It takes commitment to start, but it will be well worth the effort as your life starts to align with what is true and real within you.

Take a pause throughout your day and breathe. This will help restore peace and inner balance within yourself. You will find that mindful breathing:
(1) Allows you to sit with feelings and breathe through them, allowing them to flow through you, like a river;
(2) Supports your recovery by becoming aware of the small steps you take, fostering hope and strength;
(3) Brings gentle calm and restores a sense of peace in moments of struggle by bringing you back into the NOW moment;
(4) Nurtures self-compassion by treating yourself with the same kindness you would give to a friend or animal.

Here are some healthy breakfast ideas to help your body feel supported. When your body is given the right fuel it needs, your system will function, recover and heal more efficiently.

Make it a habit to provide your body with good nutrition, quality water, sunlight, and movement. You will notice how much more you can accomplish throughout your day!

How you start your day can determine the quality of your experience throughout your day. Try starting your day by reconnecting to the peace within you. You can either meditate for 5 minutes before you start your day, or do some focused breathing, yoga, or movement exercises.

When you choose to be happy, you will be able to see and make decisions that are aligned with happiness. You will be able to let go of the things that do not serve your highest good, and attract those that do.

Happiness is a vibe that is contagious, uplifting, and magnetic. Try and choose to be happy without any expectations of your mind or body, or from those around you.
