Here are some self-care ideas for you. If you find there is one that feels awkward or uncomfortable, spend more time with that one until it feels normal:
(1) Meditate daily - meditating daily will put you more in touch with your body, mind and emotions so that you are in command of your own physical reality;
(2) Express authentically - is about being true to yourself and follow your heart; express from that place of love, peace, strength and beauty;
(3) Say No when needed - saying no helps you to stay true to yourself and let go of guilt, fear and shame;
(4) Learn from mistakes - will help you to let go, and even energize you to take the next step towards what you want to achieve;
(5) Connect with nature - will help you stay human and connected to who you really are in the real world;
(6) Move your body - movement helps your body to let go, and feel supported and energized throughout the day.
