Here is your weekend reset guide to help you come back to your center of being and feel more in command of your life:
(1) Morning journal session - journal about the kind of day you would like to experience;
(2) Meditate for 15 minutes - and visualize how you would like your life to grow and expand;
(3) Diffuse some essential oils - essential oils like Frankincense, Peace & Calming, or Bergamot can help bring calm and peace to your body and mind;
(4) Clean your room - cleaning your room helps create a space where you can think more clearly;
(5) Stay hydrated - helps your body to detox and get rid of toxic buildup in your system;
(6) Go for a nature walk - can be rejuvenating and a great reminder of how connected you really are to the cosmos;
(7) Change your sheets - helps your body to feel supported, refreshed and relaxed.

Thoughts can manifest when you are emotionally invested in them. Take the time to purify your thoughts and allow and embrace only those thoughts that bring you peace, joy and happiness.

Let the thoughts of division and suffering fall away. Allow only thoughts of love take root in your mind and watch it unfold and expand and manifest miracles in your life.

2026 is on the horizon! Before the holidays approach, I would suggest that you spend some time alone and create your 2026 Roadmap. This will help guide you in creating the life you want in the coming year, and serve as a reminder of the direction you wish to go whenever you feel lost or uncertain. Start by asking yourself these questions:

(1) What did not serve my highest good this year that I need to let go of?
(2) What areas of my life need to improve?
(3) What thoughts and feelings do I need to embrace more of that will manifest what I want?
(4) What actions can I take to bring more health, happiness and overall well being?
(5) What words can I embrace that brings a more positive outlook in my life?

Once you have a clearer picture about the quality of life you wish to experience, create a Vision Board with images and words that reflect this ideal life. Then either post this vision board on a wall or take a snapshot of it on your phone where you can visually and emotionally connect to this vision on a daily basis. This will serve as a reminder that you are still in command of your life and the direction you wish to take.

Your mental health can directly affect your physical well being, how you feel about yourself, others and life in general. Here is a mental checklist to help you stay centered, strong and in touch with who you are:

(1) Face your feelings - acknowledge how you feel and allow those feelings to flow through you without judgement;
(2) Love yourself - allow and embrace only loving thoughts about yourself;
(3) Read a book - that inspires you;
(4) Talk to friends - who support you and have your best interests at heart;
(5) Meditate daily - for 5 to 10 minutes a day to connect to your own energy;
(6) Walk in Nature - to remind you that you are not alone and are deeply connected to the natural world around you.

Here are 5 ways you can reset and refresh yourself over the weekend:

1. Digital Detox – unplug your devices and reconnect with yourself. Spend time journaling, meditating or simply enjoy nature. This helps your mind to reset and your body to relax.

2. Pamper Session – indulge in a luxurious bath with your favorite essential oils, a face mask, and a good book. Let the soothing vibes washing away the week’s stress.

3. Nourish Your Body – whip up a wholesome, colorful meal that fuels your body and soul. Good health is the ultimate form of wealth!

4. Move with Joy – whether it’s yoga, qi gong, dance or a peaceful walk, find movement that makes you smile and feel alive. Your body will thank you!

5. Reflect and Intend – spend a few moments reflecting on your week and set intentions for the days ahead. This will help you embrace clarity and purpose.

Here are a couple of suggestions in creating a night time routine to help you relax into sleep:

(1) Set Bedtime & Digital Detox - decide on a set bedtime and turn off all electronics at least one hour before bedtime. The digital detox will help relax your mind, and a consistent bedtime helps your brain to feel naturally tired when it's time to sleep.

(2) Stretch, Breathe and Relax by doing some light yoga exercises to help your body relax into sleep.

Let me know if this works for you and if you have found a routine that is more beneficial in helping you with your sleep.
