The clear fluid shown in the picture is commonly referred to as lymph fluid. They are small droplets of clear or slightly yellowish fluid mixed with tiny spots of blood on the skin. This is normal and happens often during wet cupping. It is not pus and not an infection — it’s simply part of the body’s natural fluids.
Why does this fluid come out during Hijama?
It appears for a few reasons:
1. Pressure from the cups
The suction pulls the upper layers of the skin, causing:
Blood
Lymph fluid
Interstitial (tissue) fluid
rises to the surface.
2. Minor incisions
When tiny cuts are made, the body releases this fluid along with blood because:
The area is congested
There is inflammation
The body is trying to flush out waste material
3. Stagnation or inflammation in the area
If the area is:
tight
inflamed
has poor circulation
Then, lymphatic fluid is more likely to come out.
What does it mean?
This usually indicates:
Inflammation in that area
Fluid retention
Poor circulation
Stagnation in the tissues
Lymphatic congestion
It is not harmful. In fact, it means that this area needs detoxification or relief.

What are water blisters that appear after hijama cupping? A small blister that can form due to strong suction, sensitive skin, or trapped body fluids under the skin. It’s usually not dangerous and often heals on its own in a few days.
Do not pop or squeeze it.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Apply a small amount of antiseptic cream or black seed oil gently.
Avoid scratching or covering with tight clothing.
If it becomes red, swollen, or painful, it may be infected — in that case, see a doctor.

Can Hijama reverse white hair to black again?
Directly: No, Hijama cannot “dye” or make hair black again once the hair follicle has permanently stopped producing pigment (melanin). Indirectly: Yes, Hijama can help slow down or partially reverse early greying if the cause is poor blood circulation, stress, or toxin buildup rather than permanent aging.

What is the impact of hijama in winters?
Hijama can be performed safely in the winter months, but with extra caution.
Cold temperatures can make the body more sensitive, slower to heal, and prone to chills. Make sure the body is warm, nourished, and protected before and after hijama.

Can Hijama remove toxins from the organs or tissues or within the bloodstream only?
Hijama (cupping therapy) primarily works through the bloodstream, but its detox effects extend beyond the blood and can influence organs, tissues, and the lymphatic system indirectly.
