I have suffered chronic headaches since childhood. Migraines. Tension. Cervicogenic. Some tolerable. Some debilitating.
Painkillers stopped working. So I stopped chasing symptoms — and started addressing tension.
We carry stress in our shoulders and it climbs into the neck. And it can trigger headaches.
Stretching wasn’t enough. But this simple arm swing?
Everything shifted.
I’ve done it consistently for a year (alongside chiro, massage, and acupuncture), and my headache frequency and intensity have dropped significantly.
Bonus? It’s now my go-to warm-up before pickleball.
