If you’re finding you’re feeling stuck in a state of overwhelm, you’re more quick to react, you’re having a hard time regulating your emotions, you feel uninspired and like your battery is drained, it’s time to deliver some love to your body.
Our bodies are always trying to bring us back to safety. They’re always showing us what we need through symptoms.
In my own journey with burn out, anxiety, depression and chronic illness, I have seen a lot of this idea that our body is out to get us — that it just turned on us out of nowhere. I truly believe our bodies are always sending us messages, but we have just lost connection with our intuition and ability to understand those signals.
