For the past three years, I’ve offered RAPID NeuroFascial Reset at the same rate since I first began this work. During that time, my experience, training, and understanding of the nervous system have grown significantly.

RAPID is not traditional massage.
It is specialized nervous-system work that requires focused presence, precision, and deep regulation, supporting the body in releasing long-held patterns when it finally feels safe to do so.

To honour the depth of this work and to continue offering it in a grounded, sustainable way, the price of RAPID sessions will be gently adjusted to:

🌿 How I Use Cupping in My Treatments 🌿

Cupping isn’t something I automatically include it’s something I introduce when the body needs extra support.

During a session, I’m constantly listening to:
• tissue response
• areas of restriction
• nervous-system tone
• how the body is holding and letting go

When I feel the fascia needs more space, circulation, or decompression, I may incorporate cupping as part of your treatment.

Cupping helps the body:
✨ increase blood flow to stagnant areas
✨ stimulate lymphatic movement
✨ support the body’s natural detoxification pathways
✨ release built-up waste, inflammation, and tension held in the tissues

▶️Those marks that sometimes appear aren’t bruises they’re a sign of stagnation being brought to the surface, allowing the lymphatic system and circulation to help move it out naturally.

This approach keeps the work responsive, respectful, and individualized.
