If you’ve ever had a true donair, you KNOW… that perfectly spiced, tender, sliceable meat is next-level delicious 🤤 Now you can make it right in your own kitchen—no spit required!

🛒 Ingredients

1+ lb extra lean ground beef 🥩

Spice Mix:

1 tsp cayenne pepper 🌶️
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
1 tsp paprika

👩‍🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2️⃣ In a small bowl, mix all spices together.

3️⃣ Add ground beef and spice mix to a stand mixer. Mix on medium speed for several minutes until the texture becomes smooth and sticky (almost paste-like).
👉 No mixer? Knead and punch the meat by hand for about 10 minutes until very firm and tightly packed.

4️⃣ Press the meat firmly into a loaf pan, packing it down tightly. Leave a little space at one end for juices to collect.

6️⃣ Remove from oven, drain excess juices, and let cool.

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 🧀

1 tsp garlic salt

This dish is pure Italian-inspired comfort! Juicy chicken stuffed with melty mozzarella, sweet roasted red peppers, and fresh basil… then finished with a golden, bubbly cheese topping 😍🇮🇹

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced 🧀
1 (12 oz) jar roasted red peppers, sliced (or homemade) 🌶️
1 bunch fresh basil leaves 🌿
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x12 casserole dish.

2️⃣ Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing into the side (don’t cut all the way through). Open and lay flat.
