Monthly walking pad maintenance = longer life + smoother steps.
Lift one side of the belt and apply oil to the middle, repeat on the other side, then run the pad on low speed to spread the oil. Finish by wiping the belt with a warm cloth. Take care of your equipment so it keeps supporting your goals.
