Hatha yoga is a practice that cultivates strength, stability, and flexibility through static poses, including Side Plank and forward folds such as Pyramid Pose. These poses are accessible to individuals of all experience levels, and modified versions are available to support progress towards your goals. I would be honored to guide you in your yoga practice. My Strength and Stability yoga classes at The Healing Nook are offered on Mondays from 5:30-6:30PM, Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00PM, and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00PM.
