Hello Friends, how are you?
With these extreme cold winter months, the heaviness felt in the world right now, and perhaps personal concerns you may be dealing with, could literally feel heavy in your heart. February is Heart Health Month❤️
There are many ways to help maintain a healthy heart. Practicing yoga contributes to health benefits for body, mind and heart. Please check with your health practitioner if it is right for you. I would be honoured to guide you in a yoga class for the month of February The Healing Nook.
I teach Mindful Hatha Flow (3:30-4:30PM) and Strength & Stability (5-6PM) on Mondays;

Strength & Stability (4-5PM) on Wednesdays Strength & Stability (5:30-6:30) on Thursdays
