Hatha yoga is a practice that cultivates strength, stability, and flexibility through static poses, including Side Plank and forward folds such as Pyramid Pose. These poses are accessible to individuals of all experience levels, and modified versions are available to support progress towards your goals. I would be honored to guide you in your yoga practice. My Strength and Stability yoga classes at The Healing Nook are offered on Mondays from 5:30-6:30PM, Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00PM, and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00PM. BODY AWARENESS SERIES Healing Nook

🐌 Slow down, breathe deeper, and tune into your body. Join our Body Awareness Series focusing on foundational Hatha Yoga poses, mindful breath and movement.

Hatha Yoga is a gentle, slower-paced practice suitable for all levels. In the Body Awareness series, we will hold foundational poses just a little longer, allowing space to truly notice how breath and movement connect.

We will begin each class in Mountain Pose (Tadasana) for grounding and stability...and always ending classes in soothing Savasana...

👻 Smiths Falls is getting spooky this weekend!

🦴 The Downtown Smiths Falls's Skele-bration kicks off the fun on Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM — costumes, crafts, and creepy cool surprises await! Bring the family and trick-or-treat at participating businesses downtown.

🎃 Then head to Halloween Town at Lower Reach Park from 2 PM to 8 PM for a magical afternoon of games, treats, and eerie entertainment! Highlights include a costume parade, vendor market - with trick-or-treating for the kids - live entertainment and a Zombie Walk!

🏚️ Feeling brave? Explore the Haunted Heritage House at the Smiths Falls Heritage House Museum from 7 PM to 9 PM on Saturday & Sunday. Tickets are just $10 and must be purchased in advance on Eventbrite!
