☆ I am a devotee to the creative spark. I live and work on unceded territory of the Quw’utsun mustiimihw (Cowichan People) near the Cowichan River on Vancouver Island, BC.
I live as a Mama, wife, intuitive healing artist, photography enthusiast, dance facilitator and herbal artist helping people connect to their creative body wisdom.
I help people during life-pivoting and tender times to explore their growth edges and wild truth with gentleness and care.
My intention is to embody loving, grounded wild wisdom while providing sacred space with a side of humour to nourish the flame of loving truth within those I work with.
I channel earth energy, starlight, cosmic magic, creative spirit and elemental consciousness while offering massage therapy and intuitive modalities that nourish the body temple of the soul. I work with individuals, couples and groups who are ready to pivot in a direction that nourishes a revolution in consciousness.
I am an Usui Reiki Master practicing transformational bodywork for 19 years. I am a co-founder of Dance Temple Cowichan and have been initiated, trained and certified to offer Massage Therapy, BodyTalk, Kundalini Dance, Lomi Lomi, Traditional Thai Massage, Hot LaStone Therapy & Hatha Yoga.
I was born in Manitoba on the territory of the Métis Anishinabewaki ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ and Očeti Šakówiŋ (Sioux) nations. My parents are Sandra & Garry Lindell with an ancestral background of Swedish, Scottish, Cree & English heritage. I am a daughter, granddaughter, sister, mother, wife, and friend to humans, animals, plants.
I live with my husband, spirited teenage son and adorable cat. Here I bow to the power of nature, play music, get witchy with herbs, photograph beauty and host retreat guests at River Owl Retreat. I am devoted to my beloveds, my magical medicine path, plant allies, nature, music & creativity.
