How is this eclipse season feeling so far ?

I believe our bodies speak in codes. Today I lost my voice. All the western world conditioning said “your 100% fine.. keep going”

And while most body parts were some were saying rest!!!

So very reluctantly I rescheduled my clients (I have the best of the best that come see me😉) and found some gentle reconnection on my mat. I listened, moved with intention and man does it ever feel good to drop back into my natural feminine state!!!

These are the days you get to practice what you preach 😆

when was the last time you dropped into just listening, being and moving without a plan?

As a single mama it’s really a conscious practice to drop the masculine action role. Any other mama’s (single or not) feel this way?
