In meditation,
let go of all agendas and results.
Your only job is to be curious about what arises.
No need to avoid myself in meditation.
Thank you Jeff Foster (www.lifewithoutacentre.com)
...."Your crazy thoughts – just watch them.
Uncomfortable feelings – just breathe with them.
Cry with them. Laugh with them.
The part of you that hates meditation – be interested in it, too.
Instead of fighting it or ignoring it, welcome it into the vast field of You.
The child in you who can’t sit still.
Who wants to be somewhere else.
Who feels 'bad' for thinking thoughts and feeling feelings.
Who wants to run away into scary or bright futures.
Welcome him or her with open arms, in the present.
Meditation is a vast field of possibility.
Where you can meet all of yourself.
And fall in love."

In meditation,
let go of all agendas and results.
Your only job is to be curious about what arises.
Make friends with each thought, sensation, sound, feeling as it appears.
Make friends with your inability to 'make friends', too!
Drench your disgust, your resistance, your frustration with awareness.
Don’t try and “get rid” of any aspect of your experience.
Your crazy thoughts – just watch them.
Uncomfortable feelings – just breathe with them.
Cry with them. Laugh with them.
The part of you that hates meditation – be interested in it, too.
Instead of fighting it or ignoring it, welcome it into the vast field of You.
