I am feeling extremely grateful and recharged after a 3 days seminar of SAT with Gerald Lamb D.O.(UK) and Alain Dubreuil D.O. (QC). It has been 15 years since I first heard about SAT and I have been wanting ever since to learn this very precise and special way to dissolve patternsin the body. Although this is a very technical course, I feel mostly playfulness, joy and true love of the practice are Gerald' most special gifts.

Listening: the most important yet often underrated and challenging task. When I meet with a client, I ask myself several key questions: What is the issue? What are their concerns? How can I help?

Typically, it starts with..." I have pain here..." or "this happened to me..." With time, I have come to understand that there is almost always a second or third level of complaints. There is the physical, but also the emotional, psychological and sometimes spiritual distress. I use my hands to listen and hear your story.
