One of our clients informed us today that they received a phone call from a private number, claiming to be from Sea to Sky Veterinary. The caller stated that the client had “missed an appointment for a pet in their household” and demanded an $80 no-show fee to be paid immediately by credit card.
⚠️ Please be aware:

This call did not come from our clinic.

The caller did not know the pet’s name, species, age, or any details about them.

Sea to Sky Veterinary will never request credit card payments over the phone from a private number.

If you receive a suspicious call like this, do not provide any personal or payment information. Hang up immediately and feel free to contact us directly at 604-567-9248 if you have any concerns.

We care deeply about protecting our community and want everyone to stay safe from these kinds of scams. 💙🐾 Please share this message to help spread awareness.
