The Philipines! We took an exhilarating tuktuk city tour of Puerto Princessa to the crocodile rehab farm and the butterfly sanctuary. Delicious donuts at the port mall. Boracay did not disappoint! What a beautiful white sandy beach with warm pristine waters. We were too busy having fun to get many photos.

Humbled at the Sanctuary of Truth in Thailand, hand carved, made entirely of wood.

I had been in a pit of self pity for a few days as we continue to navigate our new family structure. I started a little Reiki in the temple as I prayed to the wood and they said "how lucky are you to be strong enough to end the cycle. Your ancestors were not evil, they were in pain. How lucky are you to be the one to end the pain." I am living the dual life of human navigating life and pain and angel on Earth, both here to bring peace and make change in my family and my world. "The more I accept my pain, the easier it is to transform."

Happy New Year! I'm so happy to welcome in 2026 lol

This past year I navigated the fallout of a major shock that ultimately led to my marriage ending.

Because of that, I intentionally reduced my business hours and paused some teaching offerings while I focused on healing, stabilizing, and recalibrating my life from the inside out.

That recalibration changed everything.

As we step into this new year, my guiding phrase is:

STEADY — keep your heart open and your chin up.

Steady doesn’t mean small or stuck.
It means grounded, intentional, and sustainable — building something real without abandoning myself along the way.

As my life has settled into a steadier rhythm, my work is expanding again. I’m opening more business hours, stepping more fully into teaching, and developing workshops and courses focused on integration and real-life change.

If you noticed fewer classes last year, this is why. And if you’ve been waiting — I’m ready now.

I know many of you are in a recalibration phase. You might be:

*Feeling overwhelmed or dysregulated

*Burned out on “breakthroughs”

*Unsure who you are after a big life change

*Craving balance, safety, and clarity

This is where I meet you.

I support people who are recalibrating — and those ready to move into a steady, grounded way of living and healing, with nervous-system safety, embodied awareness, and slow, sustainable growth at the center.

I have some openings in the next two weeks if anyone needs some support before the holidays. I will be closed from Dec 13 to Jan 10 for a much-anticipated vacation to Asia! I will be taking clients again in January and will update my New Years hours asap for post holiday guidance and healing.

Fun fact- I have had a penpal for almost 30 years! I met a German girl on a family holiday when we were young teens and we kept in touch with snail mail until WhatsApp took over. I am visiting her in Europe for the next two weeks :) (Photos from Paris)
