Due to the forecasted weather for tomorrow morning, our yoga class & childminding will be rescheduled to next Sunday March 22nd. We are so sorry for the late notice!

Join us for our very first on-site yoga class with from — and the best part? You can drop your kids off to play while you take a moment for you!

From 9:00–9:45 AM, enjoy a relaxing yoga class (no experience necessary — whether it’s your first class or you practice daily, everyone is welcome). From 9:45–10:00 we’ll have free coffee and a chance to connect with other parents and caregivers… or maybe those last 15 minutes are a little nap. 🤷‍♀️ We totally support that too!

While you’re unwinding, your kids will be safe, supervised, and having fun in our play zones with on-site childminding.
