Meet Alex! Alex is completing her internship as the final part of her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is taking new clients! She has daytime and evening availability at our Elizabeth Avenue, St. John’s location for youth ages 12 and up, adults and couples. With several years of experience in the community health sector, she has provided guidance and support to families in addressing the needs of children with diverse abilities. She holds a previous master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology and has a strong background in enhancing family connectivity and building social relationships. Dr Burke is a Royal College Certified Pediatrician and will be offering an ADHD and Anxiety clinic at our Elizabeth Avenue location beginning in November. This offering will focus on the assessment and treatment of ADHD and Anxiety Disorders in children and youth.

As this service is covered by MCP, a referral from your primary healthcare provider is required and can be sent to info@reposewellnessnl.com. If you do not have access to a primary healthcare provider, please reach out to us.

Eye Movement Desentization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can help children, teens, and adults with a wide range of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, phobias, depression, grief and loss, and much more. Through EMDR clients often experience a change in their negative beliefs and perceptions and have a decrease in symptoms that are triggered by traumatic or distressing memories.
