Yoga with Sherry Ryan

Yoga with Sherry Ryan Initially an occupational therapist, Sherry Ryan has been providing healing services to her clients since 1995 and teaching yoga for over twenty years.

She specializes in personal instruction for beginners and experienced yogis. Whether you are learning yoga basics, looking for feedback on your practice, experiencing physical challenges, or simply designing a class to meet your needs, Sherry’s one-on-one sessions will help you build a safe and confident practise through increased body awareness and knowledge of modifying poses to meet your needs

Sessions include breathing and restorative techniques, combined with mindfulness to help manage pain and stress while building strong flexible muscles. Becoming more aware of your body allows for conscious letting go of tension and holding patterns in both active and restful yoga poses. Her private yoga sessions are offered in your home or at Dynamis Health Centre 95 Torbay Road.
