2 more months to go until we meet our little girl!
Thank you all for the many kind messages and your understanding! I am very sorry that I have been unable to provide treatments during my pregnancy (first with the pregnancy being high risk from a sudden subchorionic bleed and now with leg pain and numbness when I stand for more than short periods due to a nerve being pinched from the weight of the belly). All through the pregnancy, it was my hope that things would improve quickly and I would be able to get back to work, but sadly, that hasn’t been the case. I have missed you all and am very sorry that I have been unable to be there to provide treatments during this time!
As my due date gets closer, I wanted to give you all an update. We are very thankful that the pregnancy is no longer high risk and the baby and I are doing well (other than this frustrating leg numbness, but my OBGYN reassures me that the numbness should go away once I give birth). We found out that the baby is a girl! She is growing quickly and her kicks are getting stronger all the time. I’ve loved feeling her respond to our voices, music, etc.
I wanted to let you all know that I plan to take about a year off with the baby. I am sorry that this means that I will continue to be unable to provide treatments for now! I do very much look forward to getting back to work once the timing is right for our new family! Thank you all for your understanding!
