During my usual morning warm-up, I added 3–5 minutes using WellBack.
Nothing intense. Calm, controlled movement, attention to posture and breathing.
It became obvious quite fast:

One thing became clear quite quickly:
the body responds better when you help it — not when you force it.
Gentle movement, consistency, warmth, and relaxation worked far better for me than extremes or pressure.
Small actions may look insignificant, but they accumulate.
I stopped asking, “How do I fix this fast?”
And started asking, “How do I support my body every day?”
