We need YOUR help! Our upcoming kids yoga camps on July 17th and August 16th are currently running low on registrations, and we don't want to cancel the August camp. 🚨

If you believe in the power of yoga and want to provide your little ones with a fun, healthy, and mindful summer experience, please help us spread the word! 🌞🌿

Our yogi wonder lab outdoor yoga camp in Stettler County on June 9th was a BLAST. Really! We blew up a watermelon!🍉

If we haven’t met, 👋
I’m Miss Krista, and I love to help create and people. 🧘‍♀️ ☮️ 🤩

I believe littles need yoga to:

- help regulate their emotions
- build self-confidence
- learn and practice empathy for others
- strengthen physical literacy (gross and fine motor skills)

AND have SO MUCH FUN with friends! 👯‍♀️

Our Little Yogis Camps are for everyone ages 5-9, and if you’re not already registered, I hope you decide to give your little yogis the gift of extra peace and joy this summer.

Our HIGHLY anticipated kids yoga summer camp (ages 4-9) schedule has been released.

We offer 8 spots total for each camp
Camp programming runs 9AM-12PM
Full day child care available.

Registration opens May 1st but past clients get early access!

We had our first class in yesterday and our little yogis brought the energy.
We learned, sang, and hopped our way to a Easter egg hunt and our very own peaceful gardens.

Each week we may have a drop in space or two so be sure to message by Tuesday to be put on the waiting list. Next class is Wednesday, April 12th.

Throwback to the studio in Delburne.
Over the past two years, CommonSpace Studios has transformed from a physical studio "common space" for fitness instructors, to a mobile entity that gratefully utilizes the common spaces (studios, parks) around us.

When Krista started CommonSpace Studios, she was called to add the "-s" at the end. She was not sure why at the time, but now it has become apparent that CommonSpace is not just one physical space. Additionally, it is not JUST physical spaces, but also the wide-open, common space that we hold in our hearts for others.

Keep your eye open for Little Yogis - Kids Yoga Stettler classes in April, yoga camps over the summer months, and pop-up Groundwork opportunities when the ground warms up.
