Chair Yoga with Andrea starts again next Monday at 1pm. This 6-week session runs from Nov 10-Dec 15 and is $90 for the session. Drop ins available at $20 per class (pre-registration required).

Chair yoga can help you regain mobility, strength and balance. The class is a combination of seated and standing exercises supported by the chair.

Fall Gentle Hatha Yoga session runs Sept 8 - Oct 31! We teach 11+ classes a week, specializing in gentle hatha yoga with lots of adaptation. Classes are appropriate for all adults who love to move slowly and thoughtfully. They also work extremely well for older adults with any kind of mobility issue. Serving Stirling and surrounding areas since 2006!

These classes definitely have space for this next session, but please enquiry about other classes.

Why Chair Yoga Isn’t Just for Seniors

Featuring the beautiful angelic sounds and crystal singing bowls of Cezarina Trone
Each participant receives 1 hour of sound healing and 1/2 hour of reiki energy healing. Cost is $80
