💭Some thoughts as I head into my 6th year of business..

🔥I am a multi-passionate, holistic health practitioner… and I love the variety. Maybe you first started following me because you want to learn about all things nutrition and supplements from a Holistic Nutritionist, or perhaps be up-to-date on my salad and food business i used to run for years here in StMarys. Or maybe you’ve heard about me in the more recent years because of the restorative bodywork I provide for my clients, focusing on nervous system support.

Regardless of how you found me.. just know that the foundation of Good JuJu Wellness will always be supporting and restoring wellness from a mind-body-spirit approach. This page will always be a unique space looking at many areas of wellness, showcasing the various areas of interest and expertise I’ve gained throughout the years 🤓 With more beneficial and fun things coming soon!
