I am starting to count down the days to getting back to yoga! I can’t wait to explore these themes with our participants.
Each session is based around a theme that is explored each week through movement, mindfulness, and conversation. In baby & me we will focus on REconnecting. To ourselves, to breath, to our bodies and more. In prenatal we will explore the foundational principals in prenatal yoga to build upon in upcoming sessions. It’s the perfect start for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
