The Access Bars® is an amazing treatment that involves gently touching 32 points on your head. This releases anything that doesn't allow you to receive this life with ease joy and glory.

I began having my bars run when my anxiety reached such a peak that I thought I was having a heart attack.

The treatment was so gentle, yet so profound that I hardly ever miss a week to this day.

The best description I’ve heard for ACCESS BARS is - it’s like an e***a for your brain 😂 it gets rid of all the old s**t in there 🤪

I have completed my ACCESS BARS as well as my Access Foundations class, so now also have quite a few body processes to enhance my treatments.

Tips and tricks for staying healthy during flu season

If you want to up the experience try doing it in the bath(if you’re not a person who blackouts in breath holds- be particularly aware - practice the video a lot before you step up your practice )
When you get to the last round drain out the hot to 25% and fill
With cold.
If you can still manage to stay in after the third round and would like tips on other breath work to do in there drop me a line.

This exercise has many benefits. 🌎The increased co2 from the breath holds with help to alkalize your body which helps to fight all manner of illness.
🥶 The cold exposure (even if you don’t feel safe to do this in the tub I would highly recommend having a cold bath or shower at the end) helps to increase your bodies circulatory functioning.
🧘 It truly is an amazing meditation. Half hour to myself every morning and I am present and accounted for for the rest of my day 😉 and pretty happy while there. I’m sure there are more benefits I have forgotten but I know that it works for me and - it’s free!!

Super Excited! I’ve completed my Access Bars first level and require people to practice on!

What is Access Bars you ask? I stole this description from their website: “Imagine if someone could press a button and mute that voice in your head that tells you that you’re not good enough or that you can’t accomplish what you dream about? Any limitations that you create in your life are connected to your thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs about it. Lightly touch the bars-points and you begin to clear away what’s locked up that keeps you from believing you can have the life you’ve always known is possible.

One of the life-changing components that happens naturally with each Access Bars session is the element of receiving. How often do we just let go, lower our barriers, and allow another person to truly gift us? Learning to receive is a key to inviting more of what you’re asking for into your life. I have found this modality incredibly profound in helping me to deal with anxiety that had become crippling. I was at the point of wanting a prescription to deal with the constant heart palpitations and anger (and anyone who knows me knows that for me to ask for meds is a critical situation). Literally one treatment and I was on cloud nine. For a while now I’ve diligently gone once a week.
