We carry so much more than we realize.
The worries we don’t talk about, the “I’m fine” when we’re not, the yes’s that should have been no’s, expectations we try to live up to, things we carry that aren’t ours to carry.
Over time, these layers of stress don’t just sit in our minds…they settle into our bodies, our energy, and even our spirit.
That’s why sometimes no amount of sleep, coffee, or “pushing through” makes us feel better.
Reiki is the pause. The reset. The safe space.
In a session, the energy flows where you need it most…melting tension, clearing stagnant emotions, and helping you reconnect with the calm, whole version of yourself that’s always been there underneath all the noise.
My favourite part is seeing clients leave with a softness in their face, and a lightness in their hearts. Reiki doesn’t just relax you… it helps to realign you.
