My daughter many moons ago, celebrating her Chinese heritage.
She’s all grown up now ❤️ I miss her littleness.

Chinese New Year always feels like a quiet reset.

We’re moving from the Year of the Snake into the Year of the Horse.

The Snake year is reflective, inward, and often emotional. (can you relate?)

The Year of the Horse brings a little more movement and confidence, like life starting to flow again. (embrace it!)

In Reiki, I see this as a natural rhythm.
Some periods ask us to slow down and heal.
Others support taking small steps forward when we’re ready.
