Wacky shoulder and biceps workout tonight to finish off another week strong! Best condition I’ve ever had outside of a contest prep at 21 weeks out, eating lots right now so this prep should be a lot of fun!

1) Smith Shoulder Press: 1 Top Set X6-8 with 1 Backoff X10-12
2) DB Laterals: 5X12-25 - increasing weight each set, final set 50% drop set to absolute failure
3) Chest Supported Cable RD Fly: 3X15-20
4a) Incline DB RD Fly: 3X15-20
4b) Rope Front Raise: 3X10-15
5) Cable Lateral Raise: 3X15-20
6) EZ Bar Curls: 3X12-15
7) Spider Curls

We’ve achieved optimal t-shirt conditioning. Arms are lean, still full everywhere, but not shredded yet..

Another 5-10 lbs down and we’d be optimal tank top condition, 15 lbs and we’d be pushing optimal tarps off condition..

Another 10 lbs added and we can achieve optimal sweater thickness 🦍

Feeling extremely good at 23 weeks out, weight back up to 212 lbs in the morning (height 5’8.5) after a burger and wings on Thursday and way too many rolls of sushi last night 🥵

Well.. yes, but with 8 grams of essential amino acids and 600 mg of electrolytes you’re gonna be that much more ready to do it all over again the next day. Every 1% counts when working to become Better Than Yesterday.
