Nearly 3 months to go until I take on my first Solo and this time I will be doing it to raise money for 💚
If you don’t know already, when I was 23 my Mum was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon/Bowel Cancer. After beating it, it soon came back as Stage 4 and had spread.
She went through huge surgeries, had part of bowel removed, spent a year with a stoma bag and endless rounds of chemo - where she would still go out with her chemo pump strapped to her like a total hero 🦸🏻♀️
The amazing fighter she was went on to beat it again but whilst we were celebrating her remission she fell down the stairs that night and suffered fatal brain damage in a cruel twist of fate.
I know how amazing were for her during her battle. She was someone who found it hard to ask others for help and wanted everyone to think she was fine so we wouldn’t worry, but she had a safe space in them🙏🏻
The different with singles is that in doubles you get to share the stations which gives you that well needed rest. It’s going to be a lot more of a challenge but nothing compared to those battling cancer face.
This one feels even more special.
I’ll be doing it for her, for them, the reason I’ll never give up.
And I know she’ll be with me every step cheering me on 🕊️
If you’d like to donate anything no matter how small it would be HUGELY appreciated - link is in the comments or please DM me 💚

Forgot to say - absolutely no need to donate before christmas as it’s THE worst time to ask for money 😅💸 I have until March so no rush!!🥰

HYROX is the fitness race that combines both running & functional fitness. I’ll be taking on a course of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times.
I have pledged to raise £400, which could run the Macmillan Support Line for nearly an hour.
📖 £10 could pay for 10 copies of our Help with the cost of cancer booklet.
📱 £20 could provide one session of emotional support to a person living with cancer with a Macmillan Buddy.
💚 £39 could pay for a Macmillan Nurse for 1 hour.
There are currently over 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It’s Macmillan’s goal to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, but they can’t do this without donations from people like you.
Thank you so much 💚
