Mini egg cheesecake 🐰

My first ever sugar free/diabetic friendly cheesecake was a hit. It was quite lovely as it was light and creamy. The only thing that was not sugar free was the mini eggs.

~ splenda was used in the cheesecake, sugar free icing sugar alternative was used in the icing and sugar free brown sugar was used in the crust. 👌

Chocolate cupcakes with orange and yellow swirled icing ⭐

It's also kid approved! My youngest gave me the thumbs up while eating these.
