Make a vegan donair at home!!😍
It’s been over 5 years since I’ve had a real donair; but I think most can agree with me that that’s a taste you just don’t forget..🤤😂
Well I finally tried my donair seasoning with some and OMG guys. It tasted just like the real thing!!!🤯 I even made a sweet sauce using vegan mayo, Epicure’s roasted garlic aioli mix, maple syrup and a splash of lemon juice. And found vegan naan bread at !! I was seriously blown away. I’m so happy!!!😍
Did you know 80% of Epicure’s products are vegan?? It’s one of the reasons I started selling it! Most people don’t realize this! Like their desserts, meal solutions (like this donair one), spices; most come vegan so it’s up to you how to prepare it (milk/egg/meat alternatives). Hit me up if you need a Epicure rep 💜

On August 6th, 2020 a new beautiful & healthy vegan baby entered the world!💖 This is Brooke Barbara and she’s 7lbs 8oz of chubster perfection!💜💕
Let this sweet cheeky face be all the proof you need that consuming animal products is NOT needed for human survival. Mommy, Brookie & big bro Easton are happy healthy vegans and even though there are many times the outside world makes it hard & makes me doubt the decision to raise them following my plant-based diet... I look at their faces and know we are doing our best & I feel so proud to be raising little vegans that could help change the world 💜💙🌱🌎🦋
So obsessed with our new sweet baby girl!!!💕💕💕

BBQ tofu on baked potato with cheez!🤤 My fave quick meal lately 🌱💛
Pan fried tofu chunks (extra firm, tossed in oil & corn starch to give crispy coating pre sauce)
Your favorite BBQ sauce! (Mine is )
Dairy free cheese! (We love the cheddar block, shredded!)
Microwave baked potatoes with vegan margarine). So easy, quick, nutritious & delicious!! This meal is always a hit with my toddler and non-vegan Hubby too! Win win win! 😍👏🏼

Easton turned 2!!🥳🎈 And I baked my first cake!!😌 It was as yummy as it looked too!🍓Recipe details in the comments below!!
Yesterday also marked Easton’s ‘2 year meat-free anniversary’!♥️(plus 9 months if you count his time spent on the inside!😂). I say only “meat free” because he has tried eggs (hates em) and spent some time on cow milk formula. Other than that he’s totally vegan, and healthy as can be! With endless energy!😅 He is living proof you don’t need to eat animal products to live a happy healthy life 💪🏼
A lot of people may not agree with our decision to raise Easton plant-based in a world where meat, cheese, eggs & milk are the norm.. But I am so proud to raise a little boy who will know his food never came from a beautiful animal who didn’t deserve what happened to them. Most children are horrified when they find out where burgers & nuggets actually come from! If he chooses to change the way he eats when he’s older, so be it.. It will be HIS choice, his right to choose. But teaching him to have compassion for animals, care for our planet, and gratitude for his health, is one of the greatest gifts I can give him in the first few years of his life! He is healthy, happy, and thriving, and that’s all that really matters!!♥️ Happy Birthday to my sweet, smart, handsome, tofu loving little Dude! You’re gonna help change the world buddy!!💛🌱🌎

How I start my mornings ☀️🥑
What’s your favorite vegan breakfast? Mine, by far, is avocado toast!😍 Since I started selling Epicure, their guacamole dip mix has become one of my favorites! To be honest I haven’t even made proper guacamole yet, I just use it to make my avocado toast next level delish!!🤤 I then of course completely cover it with Nooch 💛 my cheesy friend who keeps my vitamin B12 levels perfect 😉

This cheeky guy sure loved his pancakes this morning 🥞🍓🥰
Since becoming a mom I find it so hard to post on social media in a timely fashion lol! I’ll make a wicked dinner but forget to share it until midnight, so I just don’t!😞.
Or like right now I’m showing y’all our breakfast at 3pm now that my busy boy is finally napping haha. Whatevs, I just wanna show off our yummy vegan pancakes!😋 I love berries on mine 😍 Easton’s a classic butter & syrup kinda guy 😎 Pancakes are super easy to veganize, but this time I used banana mix. So easy & yummy 🍌🥞💛

3 ingredient cookies!😍🍪Vegan & Gluten free!👌🏼
These are so easy and great for little kiddos to help make on these chilly winter days spent inside! Very little prep & bake time!!😍👏🏼
Banana Oatmeal Cookies:
•2 ripe Bananas 🍌🍌
•1.5 cups oatmeal 🌾
•1/2 cup Dairy free Chocolate chips 🍫 (I use )

Mash bananas, add oatmeal & chocolate chips. Add more chocolate chips. Cinnamon or vanilla or whatever spice you fancy!
Bake at 350° for 12-15 mins!😍 DONE!👏🏼
(This time I also added some h**p hearts & 2 tbsp vanilla protein blend!)

Dinner 😍🌱 Maple balsamic portobellas on perogies! With a side of lemony broccoli & asparagus💚 The green veggies are always the first to go off Easton’s plate!😂
PS. Did you know Cheemo brand of perogies has some vegan friendly ones?! The Potato & Onion, and Roasted garlic are vegan! Yay!👏🏼
PPS! Has anyone tried eating perogies with jam?? Haha apparently it’s a Ukrainian thing? My hubby pulled the jam out and I have to say...it was actually super delicious 🙈🤤🍓🤷🏼‍♀️
