Meet the Team Monday!
Sadie Mallon, RSW, MSW
Years ago, I was a client at my first therapy appointment, and looking back, I’m so thankful I took that step. I felt completely lost at the time, but therapy helped me begin to heal and find my way. My own journey fuels my passion for this work and guides me in supporting children, teens, and families with empathy and understanding.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Fine Arts degree, and I love bringing creativity into my work with children. Art and play can be powerful ways for kids to express big feelings, build confidence, learn new skills, and navigate challenges. By combining creative approaches with evidence-based therapy, I help children explore their inner world in ways that feel engaging, safe, and empowering.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and non-judgmental. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, play-based, and art-based therapies to meet each child’s unique needs. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering tools and insights to help them better understand their child’s experiences and support stronger, more compassionate connections at home.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping children and families feel more connected, compassionate, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges together.
