Let go of the old energy that no longer serves you and make room for new energy. Break free for the pain, anger, resentment, guilt etc bring joy and happiness back into your life.

Allow me to introduce myself and what I’m all about. As a life purpose coach my goal is to spread and teach others to love, love themselves, each other and our lives.
I am a naturopath practitioner specializing in aromatherapy, anxiety and stress management, pain management, ptsd counciling, reflexology and relaxation massage. Soon I will be adding herbology and nutritionalist to the menu as well.
I am also a spiritualist/psychic that works with angelic energy, reiki and colour therapy. I mainly use oracle cards and pendulums as my divination tools. As well as channeling messages through automatic writing and crystal energy. I am a claircognizant (clear knowing) which means information and answers just come to me. Information will just flow to me without an explanation. As well as clairaudient(clear hearing). Yes this means I can sometimes hear spirits.

Let's talk about chakras. What are they and what do they do? How do I know if im in alignment?

Chakras are the energy points in us, thought of as disks spinning within us. They correspond with our nerves, organs and areas of our energetic bodies that affect our emotional states and over all well-being. We have 7 of them.
The crown chakra: controls your thoughts, spiritualism, self realization and ego.
Third eye chakra: is your intuition and psychic abilities. It connects us to our dream states, Astral travel and universal insights.
Throat chakra: the center of speech and communication which allows you to express yourself freely.
Heart chakra: the source of love, compassion, empathy, humanity, tolerance and oneness.
Solar plexus chakra: self awareness. Your will power, it connects with the ability to achieve goals, adapt and empower a sense of personal empowerment.
Sacral chakra: the center of feminine energy and sexuality. It connects one's creativity, joy of life, dreams, expression and body awareness.
Root chakra: allows us to connect our energy to the grounding properties of the earth. The power of our creativity and sense of security in life.

Chakras can be realigned/balanced through reiki energy sessions, aromatherapy and colour therapy. All of which I can help you and guide you with.
