Classes are on Wednesday mornings at 10:45am in Tillsonburg, with the next 4 week session starting Oct 29th!

This class is a beautiful space to gently move and reconnect to your body postpartum, rehabilitate your core & pelvic floor, nurture and nourish yourself and your little one, and connect and meet with some other local mamas!! All baby coos & chatter, diaper changes, feeds, naps and tending to welcome! This class is designed to ebb and flow around your little one 🫶🏼👶🏻
