1️⃣ Shrink Your Minimums
Lower the bar on purpose.
If you can’t do 30 minutes → do 10.
If you can’t eat perfect → hit protein twice.
Small wins keep you consistent.

2️⃣ The One Thing Rule
If you can’t do everything today…
do ONE thing.
One workout.
One healthy meal.
One walk.
One thing = momentum.

3️⃣ Plan for the Chaos
Don’t expect perfect days in December.
Ask:
“Where’s the chaos today… and what can I still fit in?”
Realistic consistency beats perfection every time.

I didn’t show up TO my 70,000 subscribers and the PUBLIC because

When scheduling my LIVE the I accidentally scheduled to “Unlisted” and not PUBLIC.

I prepared a whole agenda so I deliver the best content and value for you guys and

I have to be honest, I felt a bit nervous at the beginning but then it actually was good and

And when I checked my LIVE I saw I viewer and 1 Subscriber and I’m like wth is going on…😨

I then clicked the LIVE and saw that it was unlisted, omg..

I honestly felt like a fool and still do.

Being in social media, for a few years now, I’d think I’d know better 😅but

All I can say is that this was a good experience and lesson to learn from but also that

I need to give myself a break and stop being a perfectionist and

understand that Things will not always be perfect. And that’s ok.

I’m human and I make mistakes and

although I don’t remember ever making this big of a mistake on this magnitude it’s ok to accept it and move on
