Lower the bar on purpose.
If you can’t do 30 minutes → do 10.
If you can’t eat perfect → hit protein twice.
Small wins keep you consistent.
2️⃣ The One Thing Rule
If you can’t do everything today…
do ONE thing.
One workout.
One healthy meal.
One walk.
One thing = momentum.
3️⃣ Plan for the Chaos
Don’t expect perfect days in December.
Ask:
“Where’s the chaos today… and what can I still fit in?”
Realistic consistency beats perfection every time.
