Our Caregiver of the Month in November is none other than our wonderful, OG, Nurse Kirandeep!! We've seen her journey in her career as she started with us as a Personal Support Worker and now a Registered Nurse!

What makes you proud to be a Caregiver?

I’m proud to be a caregiver because I get to be a steady, compassionate presence for people during some of their most vulnerable moments. Even small acts of care can make a meaningful difference, and that’s something I never take for granted.

How do you connect with your patients/clients?

I try to connect through patience, gentleness, and genuine listening. Everyone’s story is different, and I try to meet people exactly where they are — emotionally, physically, and culturally.
